Flooded, how high did the water reach? Fresh or salt water?

Camry 2.0, do you mean 2.4?

Is this a US car?

ECT, as in the button for the trans?

Have you check all the fuses?

How high did the water get, was this fresh or salt water?

The ECT switch connects to the trans computer.
