EGR valve sensor question

:confused:I have a 1996 Toyota Camry 4 cyl. Can someone please help me. We're trying to find the plug that connects to the exhaust gas temperature sensor that bolts into the backside of the intake manifold next to the ERG valve. Does it come out of the main wiring harness or does it come from somewhere else? Thanks so much for your help.

I don't know.

Was the plug removed for some reason?

The wiring length from the sensor should 6-10 inches. This means the other plug needs to be within this distance from the sensor.

EGR valve sensor

There wasn't a sensor on the car when I bought it. Now that I have one I can't find where to plug it into. Thanks

The wiring to the plug may split off a harness that comes from the passenger side and moves to the drivers side paralleling the fuel injector rail. This harness appears to split in half, one half continues to parallel the rail then splits into smaller branches. One goes to the EGR temp sensor, one to the the distributor and a couple of others going to guessing a few of the items below.

The wiring colors may be Gray and Brown. Gray goes from the temp sensor to the computer, Brown wire also connects to the MAP sensor, intake air sensor, coolant temp sensor for the computer and TPS.
