engine light - p0446

engine light - p0446
i bought this used 01 camry with 84k miles about 10 days ago.
a few days after owning it, check engine light came on, i had autozone read it and clear it and didn't think much of it because the car ran well. Engine code keeps coming back though.
engine light came back on: p0446 "EVAP Emission Control System Vent Control
Circuit Malfunction"
I did some reading online, and read some info about how the tank is presurized and something about a charcoal canister and im ashamed to say that i have no idea where these parts are or how they work.
I filled the gas talk all the way to the top once, 8 days ago and some people online claim that might be a reason the check engine light came on (i can't remember if the check engine light came on before or after filling the tank, but it's been coming on now about every 3 days after i clear the code). I always tighten my gas cap right so i do not believe that is the problem.
Is this a common problem?
where are the parts I should check? valves, sensors, wires, vacuum lines
where's this charcoal chanister located in the camry?
Basically how can i fix it?
Any advice is welcome, thank you in advance for your help
