engine tick

I have 97 camry 3.0 it has 2 knock sensor codes. Yet it only ticks on the rear bank. Is this normal. Is this the knock sensor causing this tick? Any body have any suggestions?

The knock sensor is just that. What it dose is tells the computer to readjust the timing when the engine pings (knocks) because the timing is too advanced.
