Light on Shifter (98 Camry LE)

How do I get to the light on the shifter to replace it, has anyone replaced this?

nope funny though my 98 just burned out there too. Funny sometimes it will cut back on when I knock on the shifter. Everything is burning out the cluster lights climate control and now the transmission selector lights. why can't they make a bulb last forever.
