low pitched woooing noise from right rear tire
 

My 98 Camry with 100K miles is making a low pitched wooing noise that seems to be coming from the right rear tire when traveling at about 55 to 65 mph.
I remember having a similar problem about six years ago and Toyota replaced the wheel bearings on that wheel.
Has this been a known problem????
