Manual Tranny fluid?

I'm getting ready to change the transmission fluid in my 07 5 speed manual and I am thinking of getting Amsoil GL-4 MTG 75W-90. Is this right for my car? Any recommendations of brand/weight?

I just changed my clutch, flywheel and tranny fluid in my 95 Camry 5-speed manual last week.....It uses Dexron II fluid.....not gear oil. I'm not sure what yours uses tho......
