master cylinder issues

I will be the first to admit i am not a Toyota person, or even an import person for that matter. I have a 96 camry that i inherited and it needed to much work to sell so i am trying to limp it as far down the road as i can as cheap as i can. The master cylinder took a dump. Went to the junk yard and got a good master when i got back to the car to put it on, the fittings on the replacement are way to big. Then i found out how easy it is to take the master apart, but i cant find any rebuild kits. The master that i got from the junk yard is out of approx 98 v6 model. Mine is a 96 4cylinder.
Here is my question, would the internals of the junk yard part be compatible with the original master housing? or Does anyone know where i can get a overhaul kit for my original part?

Thanks in advance for any possible help.

Dealers used to list kits but they cost more then an aftermarket cylinder.

Otherwise kits appear non-existent.

P/N's same but vary with ABS and rear brake system.

Try Ebay.
