No Start, No Crank condition 2003 camry

I'm having a problem with my camry not starting. Now I've looked all over online, some here and on youtube to troubleshoot and diganose the issue but still not having any luck. I wanted to post what I have done to see if any one can assist.

The car when you turn it over to start does nothing, the fuel pump kicks on but won't start. The lights do not dim

I checked the battery, its reading 12.6 volts, I even changed out the battery with my wifes and still no start. I took the battery to autozone, they checked it as well and said its fine. I thought it might be the crancking amps thats why I tried an working battery.

I took the starter off and had autozone check it as well, they said it was fine. I put it back on and checked for constant voltage to the solenoid and it was getting 12 volts on my meter.

I checked the voltage to the trigger switch on the solenoid and when the car was turned over to start the meter read it was getting over 12vs

I replaced the starte relay fuse, nothing

I replaced the ignition swtich, nothing.

I checked the 2 ignition switch fuses, not blown/

All electrics work .

I also checked for a ground at the starter and it registered a ground.

This happened to me last week and I drove up to the gas station, got gas, pulled into the parking lot and got a drink, came out and it wouldnt turn over, nothing. I jiggled the terminal wires and after about 10 mins it turned over.

I drove last thursday up to class over 150 miles and was fine. I went out that evening and it did the same thing, wouldn't turn over. I tried about 30 times, i come out about 2 hours later and it started up.

I tried agan the next day and it sounded weak turning over but it did start. now 3 days later I can't get anything.

The only thing I haven't checked is the neutral safety switch. I think I can take it apart and clean it?

Any suggestions?

The "trigger switch" wire at the starter is connected the starter relay, P/N switch, ign key etc. If the starter doesn't work when 12v is applied directly to the "trigger wire" terminal on the starter (run wire from + battery terminal) the solenoid may be bad.

I had a similar problem caused by a recent repair to my vehicle where I removed the ground but thought it was tight.. It was intermittent start and the negative ground wire was a little loose. Tightened and worked. Hard to troubleshoot since the car appeared grounded sometimes and sometimes not. That when I went in and tightened all grounds and found it.

Oh, you can also check the relays. Check You Tube Ratchets and Wrenches. Guy explains it well.

So it ended up being the rotors in the starter were worn out.

Here is some images of the rotor.http://imgur.com/ucE9jWf
