Default P0446 Help

I have a 99 Camry 3.0 which tripped a P0446 code a few months ago. We have had the Evap canister completely replaced and the solenoid valves on the fuel rail have also been replaced. We have also replaced the fuel cap with a Toyota cap from the dealer. The code stills pops up and there also been a PIN test performed on the ECM. Any ides as to what could be tripping the P0446 code still?

You have service information?

Here is the list of possible problems.

Open or short in VSV circuit for EVAP
Open or short in VSV circuit for vapor pressure sensor
Open or short in vapor pressure sensor circuit
Bad VSV for EVAP
Bad VSV for vapor pressure sensor
Bad vapor pressure sensor
Charcoal canister cracks, holed or damaged
Fuel tank over check valve cracked or damaged
Vacuum hoses blocked, damaged or disconnected

Check for air leaks in the EVAP system and fuel tank.

The code is stating when the VSV for vapor pressure sensor (VPS) is off. There is no continuity between the VPS and canister.

When the VSV for VPS is on. There is no continuity between the VPS and fuel tank.

Or after purge cutoff, the canister is at atmospheric pressure.

There is an air leak in the EVAP system or a bad VSV, VPS or wiring to it.
