i have a 2007 camry and i recently noticed my passenger side the fabric thing feels really loose like it came off as now i can push it, is there a way to fix this

 

Apparently not without pealing the fabric off to re-glue.

 

Have you considered removing the synthetic fabric and replacing it instead with a Chia pet style living, growing door panel instead? You could even use the compartment below for a small herb garden!
Or you could do what I did in my 99 Camry and that is ripped that ugly piece of fabric off!
