Default Put in a new 5sfe, wierd spark problem

1997 Camry 5sfe. Daughters car threw a rod. I got a salvage motor and did a full gasket rebuild on the motor and swapped it in. I got to fire it up and it will only run with a lot of throttle and it's misfiring. I have weak spark, almost nothing from cylinders 1 and 2, 3 and 4 seem fine. It's Wierd because it's the left side of each coil. I tried swapping coils from salvage engine, same problem. Here is what I have done.
Checked Cam timing, good
Compression is good,
Getting fuel in all 4 cyl
Checked the 2 grounds on back of intake. The 2 connector grounds on top that go to chassis. The grounds from transmission to chassis are good, and from battery to trans.
I ran an extra ground right near coils as well.
Spark plug wires have been changed.
I am at a loss, what could cause the left side output of each coil to be weak? Thanks for any help, I am exhausted from this.
