R&R pwer steering hose 1988 4 cyl? Pressure hose.

Any hints on getting this thing off? I am working from the top side with a long extension and can get the bolt to move. In fact, it is loose, but it looks like there is a nut on the bottom of the hose fitting that sandwiches the hose fitting. Do I have to get a wrench on that? If so,how the heck do I get any tools in that area?
