Surging while stopped at light.

Hello, I was at a rather long light the other day and my 2002 Camry SE 3.0 surged a bit twice while I sat with my foot on the brake. It has never done that before albeit, I’ve only had this car for a few months.

it has 190,000 miles on it when I got it. It needed a-lot of suspension work, which I’ve done. While doing that, I also cleaned the MAF, throttle body, plenum, changed all plugs and coil packs thermostat, valve cover gaskets. I still need to do the timing belt, water pump, etc.

with plenum off, the back of the valves looked really good. Hardly any built up. The cams and lobes looked good, too. Not much varnish.

there is no IAC on this car being drive by wire. The transmission fluid is perfect level, it is still a decent color. But I am planning on changing that soon. It has never slipped while under acceleration.

any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks

Vacuum leak, perhaps in brake booster system?
