Default Undercarriage plastic cover comes loose

Today I noticed an undercarriage flap (or whatever it's called), on the driver's side, has come loose.

Are these flaps attached by screws?

I doubt this is something I can do on my own since getting under the car is tricky.

By the way, I have an oil change appointment at a local Toyota dealership tomorrow. Should I try to see whether they can reattach it for me? But I'm afraid of what they'll charge.

I'm attaching a photo in case you have no idea what I'm talking about.

This panel is head on by screws. It can get torn off if something hits it.
