Unusual A/C problem
'91 Camry A/C comes on for about 10 minutes and then the light on the a/c button starts flashing, no more a/c.

Typical causes are slipping belt, bad A/C compressor speed sensor or bad A/C amplifier.
The internet will have posts on testing amplifier and sensor such as below:

If needing a new amplifier try to find a used from a salvage yard or Ebay.
