V6 camry oil leak 1996

hello i have a 1996 v6 camry that leak engine oil the problem is when i have driven the vehicle and turn the car off, engine oil leaks at the front of the engine leaving a puddle, i stripped the front of the engine down think it was the front oil seak and it is dry so is the timing belt, has anybody a clue what it could be maybe the oil pump ?

thanks

Front as in side of engine facing the radiator or side having the timing belt.

Oil pump is behind the crank pulley and turned by the crank. The crank seal is the oil pump seal.

There is not much to leak on the front of the engine.

Have you checked the oil filter, perhaps the gasket has problems, on rare occasions the thread on the filter is bad, etc.

The valve covers gaskets can leak, a very common problem.

The oil pump is in a large housing bolted to the side of the engine where the timing belt is. Check the gasket between the housing and block, leaking in this area has never been a problem but?
