wanted your input on my stupidy

Hey everyone, this is my first post and I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. Well during December I had was warming up my car which is a 94' v4 LE. I was being dumb and wanted to warm the car up faster so I started to rev the engine, then something blew. The noise sounded like something pinging around in the engine, but it still ran so I decided to drive it home which was a few blocks away. It drove, didn't feel like it had the power it should have (which obviously makes sense because I broke somehting) and when I got home I realized it was leaking oil. It starts but runs really rough and still has that bad sound coming from the engine. I have another car and have been using that but want to fix my Camry; it was my first car and I don't want to junk it. Anyway wanted to know what you guys think might be the problem. I know what I did was stupid, but would appreciate any input you guys might have. Thanks in advance. (Forgot to add that the car has 194,000 just to give you some context)

we all learn man =) some mistakes are costly. at least it wasn't an unplanned baby... HA! =D and you have when they call an I4 engine. v's dont come into play till the 6 cylinders.

is it a knocking noise?

You didn't give us much to go on, unless you think we're clairvoyant. Do a compression test and get back to us.

well you need to find/ tell us where the oil is coming from, yes do a compression test, all cylinder should be somewhere around 176 psi with pressure varying no more than around 13 psi between cylndrs. You might have thrown a rod or spun a crank bearing, or your oil pressure got too high. get back to us with more details and your answers will be better. These are just vauge guesses.
