I have a 2007 Camry. The driver’s side wiper squirter is passable at best and the passenger side barely dribbles fluid. What’s the best fix? I don’t see fluid dripping below so I don’t think anything is leaking. Should I replace the tubing with silicon?

 

Try using a pin to make sure the holes aren't blocked or partially blocked. There might just be some corrosion at the nozzle end and the needle will clean it out.
If fluid is dribbling out of the nozzle then you know the pump is working, if the pump fails, it typically stops all together.
If the needle clean out doesn't work and the nozzles need to be replaced, then they are typically pretty cheap and easy to replace.
