Where is opening circuit relay in 2002 Camry?

I'm trying to diagnose a "crank, no start" condition on my 2002 Camry SE 2.4L and read this article (https://www.camryforums.com/how-tos/...c-guide-397006) on this forum to start down the list of potential issues.

In Step 2, it says, "There is another relay in the fuel pump circuit; although, it's harder to reach. This relay is known as the circuit opening relay. It's located on top of the E.C.U. between the driver and passenger foot well behind the radio. Access to the relay can be gained by pulling pack the front inner corner of passenger side carpet. Test this relay in the same manner as the E.F.I. relay."

Does anyone know if this is true? I removed the glove box and I cannot find a relay on top of it. Also, the ECU is located to the right behind the glove box, not behind the radio. Also, there is a relay in the main fuse box under the hood that says C/OPN, which I figured was the Circuit Opening Relay. I thought perhaps this article doesn't apply to my vehicle, even though it is a 2002. Does anyone have any information about this model Camry? Thanks.

Look in relay box, engine compartment left side.
