Windshield wipers don't return to bottom of windshield
 

The windshield wipers just stopped returning to their original position. Now they stop where ever you stop them. Is this the motor?

There is a park switch inside the wiper motor. You'll have to replace the motor.

Hm, not exactly what I wanted to hear. Are they expensive? Difficult to replace?

I don't know, I've never replaced my Camry's. Expensive is relative term. You could try local junk yard. I don't know if you could access the park switch and repair it, but I doubt you could find just the switch - worth a try though.

Probably not. It's accessable from under the hood.
