1999 2.2l Camry mufflers

1999 2.2l Camry mufflers

There are 2 mufflers. I replaced the one on the end but if I straight pipe the pre-muffler will my check engine light come on? Thanks in advance

The mufflers are after the emissions converters and sensors. Removing them should not cause an issue.
