Intake fluid?

A while back long before I installed the new intake, I noticed some sort of fluid, almost looking like oil, in the air intake pipe, and leading into the throttlebody. I figured it was just dirty water that somehow got in through the crack in the pipe. Since then, I have upgraded to a Spectre custom intake, and when I removed it for more clearence to further my modifications, I noticed the oily fluid again, this time with the fluid burnt inside the tb. Any thoughts?

Toyomoho, I know you have an answer for me, you always do :)

RE: Intake fluid?

Might be blowby from PCV valve. The power steering may have a vacuum hose attached to the intake, the valve in the pump can go bad resulting in PS fluid being drawn in.
