'01 Cmary 2.2 L 4 cyl, milky oil after replace the head

So, I was blinded about car, so I bought it which had blown head gasket. ( white smoke came out he pipe, milky oil, and bubble in coolant tank). A month ago, I took it to my trusted mechanic for timing belt and head gasket job. He stated that the head was cracked and recommended for a new head ( not from dealer's head) . A month ( now) after the car fixed up, I noticed that:
- The engine runs not smooth, every times I step on the gas I can feel it shakes a bit. It likes you run the sub woofer.
- Oil is milky like coffee, loosing about 1 quart for 2,000 miles ( I can see it leaks under oil pan).
- Coolant has NO bubble, lost green color, but NO oil in there.
- There is no white smoke come out of the pipe.
What is going wrong with my car, PLEASE HELP!!
