07 camry head-light
I went on a all-day run with my camry I noticed when stopped to get gas my
high-beam would not go off when turn the switch off I had to pull off the battery terminal whenever i parked, can someone tell me what might have gone wrong?. |
Both high beams?
You try working the high beam and on/off switches? The car have auto off lights or the ability to set the lights to stay on for time after engine off. Check the owners manual for this. Car still under warranty? |
OK, I have the same issue. I washed the motor off and when I got home the bright lights will not go off. Removing the bright light fuses is the only way to get the lights off. This is regardless of working the auto-light switch or the dim bright switch; the bright lights just won't go off without removing the fuses. I was thinking there might be a relay that was stuck, but I removed all the relays in the same box as the fuses and the lights didn't go off. Does anyone know if there is a relay located in an alternate area or what might fix this problem? This is beyond user switches and operation, I have owned this car for 5 years and something has failed. Thanks

Might be the daytime running light relay (DRL).
Don't know the location. Might next to the headlight relays. |
