Alright guys, so my wife drove her car for about an hour and a half. At that point the car cut off, she also said her gear shift got hot. She waited about 30 minutes cut it back on and was able to get back home but before then it cut off again and check engine light and oil can came on. I put my obd read the codes and got the codes listed above in the title. With those codes i did some digging and decided to change variable timing solenoid(did the test and it was bad). That took away the check engine and oil can. But i forgot to mention there is a extreme loud noise and i can not find where it is. At this point i have taken the valve cover off and checked timing chain tensioner nothing further.

What had you looking to the variable timing solenoid?

The P0335 is for the crankshaft position sensor.

 

​​because of the p0012 code. Now for the other code would that have something to do with the serpentine belt
