It is possible a rod to the lock/unlock system has failing off or the door power lock device. A locksmith or autoshop should be able to open the door.

The door panel can then be removed to access the locking system and repair it. If it is the power lock system try a junk yard for a replacement as new parts are expensive.

I did took the camry to Dealer to get the door unlock, but they say they can't unlock it neither, so they have to cut inside the door to get door open.. evrything cost about $1700. So decide not to do it...

Call a few locksmiths that work on cars and get another opinion.

Visit the Toyotanation website and do a site search of pasts posts on this subject. There have been others having this same problem who posted there.

Would think you could pry off the door panel to access the lock. Shop junk yard for a replacement panel or complete door and remove the parts you need.

Have you asked at the Toyotanation website?

Suggest you remove the lower seat cushion to have better access to the door panel. The upper cushion can also be removed.

Then start removing the panel as best you can.

Just a thought, never tried this but:

One way to get a little better access to the panel may be to remove the front door hinge bolts. The rear of the door will still be locked to the frame but you may be able to pull the front of the door out slightly to allow prying the complete panel off.

Find a few people to help hold the door! Place something like thin cardboard between the locked door side and chassis to prevent paint damage if door is pulled too far open and binds on the frame.

See if you can open the door from the outside with a slimjim. Once you get the door open, take off the inside door panel and try putting grease on the linkage pivot points. Put graphite in the locks.
