2009 camry SE DC Metro area

Hello, I am consdering getting an 09 camry SE.. Can you please share your experiences pros / cons/ mpg's with this car. Anyone have positive dealer transactions in the dc area? any negotiating positions I should be aware of? Any end of year dealer incentives I should be aware of?
