2010 Camry LE w 4 cyl 2.? engine

I can't find the frequency for oil changes in my maintenance booklet? Someplace I read the usual 3000 mile interval and another place I heard 5000 miles. (I just bought it from a dealership with only demonstrator or loaner use but over 40,000 miles and no records except the CARFAX.) Hopefully, someone was wise enough to keep up the maintenance and that it actually DOES have the synthetic oil in it that's recommended. If the dealership can be trusted, I now have a thousand miles on since they got the car and changed the oil, but there is no oil sticker to be found.

Is there a way to tell if they DID use the synthetic oil or not?

Thanks to anyone who can help me.
P.S. This is my 3rd Toyota, 2nd Camry (built in Kentucky, USA)

Also, the authentic Camry mats are missing, and there are only cheapie -looking beige generic floor mats. Where can I buy authentic Camry (nicer quality) mats?

Thanks again.

Suggest you ask the dealer about the oil change interval.

In early 2010 Toyota extended the oil and filter change to 10K if using synthetic oil. Owners were supposed to receive a letter about this.

Previously it was 5K.

Thanks Joey. I guess I won't have to worry for a while. A Nissan dealership, where I bought the Camry, had changed the oil, so I would expect they used the correct oil, which is a synthetic. I will double check there. WOW! If it's 10,000 miles, I guess I don't have to worry for awhile. The oil still looks as clean as new and reads full.

Best to double check and call a Toyota dealer to confirm the 10K interval is effective for you car.

Will do. Thanks Joey.

Where can I buy official Camry car mats for the floor of my car? Are things like that available online somewhere?

there must be something like that on the web... do some research on some store or in classified for cheaper.

If you want Toyota brand floor mats the dealer can get them.

For cheaper dealer prices do an internet search for sites like the one below:

All > Floor Mats - TRDToyotaparts.com - TRD Toyota Parts | Nationwide Shipping | OEM Toyota Parts | OEM Scion Parts | TRD Performance Parts and Accessories

https://www.1sttoyotaparts.com/index...162dc742b50f0c

Shop around for best prices.

Thanks Guys. I do have a few Toyota dealers around, but prefer the internet if I have any luck finding a site like a catalog. I want a few things besides the mats. (Somebody took out the official ones in the 2010 I just bought, and there are just some crappy cheap ones that detract from the perfect looks.)

Thanks Joey! I'll try it.
