2012 Camry TPMS
 

I have a 2012 Camry Se. The tire light on the dash is on and when you go to the touch screen and look at the tires they have a dash under them. So basically the system wont work. You cant do a calibration or anything. Looking for ideas as to what the issue is?

Yes it is on.

Some Camry have a reset button in the glove box (left side), others not. Look for said button or an indented rectangle location where the button would have been but isn't.

If a button, the system can be reset by procedure. If no button the TPMS can be accessed and reset via the ODBII port with a scanner having the software to do so.

This car has the reset button at the glove box. I have reset it many times in the past. However, because its in a "fault" and none of the tires will read any pressure..you cant reset it. The button does nothing.

Find an OBDII scanner that can access the TPMS and find out what is going on. The system may be in a loop mode and needs to be reset via a scanner.
