88 Camry "NO HORSE POWER"

Default 88 Camry "NO HORSE POWER"
On acelleration 88 Camry Manual transmission looses power motor sounds like its flooding barely can make it up a hill. New gas and gas treatment, fuel filter and tune up. When you step on gas it chokes what can it be? Any advise will be very much appreciated

Might check the ign system. Coil, ign wires.

As I notice, have you replaced the rotor???
