So I change the cooling fan switch and check the relays those are good but both fans run constantly as soon as I turn the key on no matter how cold the engine is I also unhooked the connector at the connector on the sensor in the thermostat housing in grounded it out the fan still did not shut off but I did hear the relay click when I did that so I assume it's working correctly the problem is elsewhere any help is much appreciated thank you in advance

Find out if the fans are running at low or high speed operation. Use info provided to run down the problem.
