Hey folks...

The wife and I used to own a 92 Camry sedan, 2.2l/5 speed manual...

Got us through some rough times and we passed it onto her family so they could use it... bro- in law drove it till he smoked the clutch at 140K...

New clutch, new tires, then it got smacked by a H&R driver...

Ins paid more than we thought it was worth... took the payout and bought it back for $100... sold it to a friend who still has it...

FFto two weeks ago...

My older sis calls me... her old Camry(Wagon) has been replaced... by a civic hybrid...(BAH!)

Asks if I want it... says she doesnt want to sell it as it has "issues"... so, I go get it... she said the trans slips... no symptoms...

oil leak and ps leak... OK... steering rack and oil filter adapter...

biggest problem.... speedo is off by 35-40%... (reads slow) and the tach does not work... (flutters at zero)

so.. If I can resolve this I will keep it...
