I recently purchased a 2014.5 Camry LE that came with the most basic form of Entune Audio. I was wondering if you can upgrade to Entune Audio Plus after already purchasing the vehicle?

 

The plus appears to have more steering controls and ?

Suggest calling Toyota support for this system.

Not putting you off. Spent about 20 minutes trying to figure out Entune and the result was still confusion. This confusion carried over into a few people I talked to.

For 2014 Toyota appears to have totally reworked the media systems.

Entune basic and plus appear to have common elements. Premium appears a completely different system. People who "upgraded" on their own to Premium found they needed to input the cars VIN number. Since the car did not originally come with Premium they could not get the system to work.

That why the suggestion to contact Toyota who in theory should be able to answer all questions. There is no sense moving forward if one can't upgrade and have it work.
