Fog Lights

I’ve noticed that my passenger fog light was blown so I went ahead and replaced both of my fog lights. My driver side fog light is working but my passenger side fog light is dead. What could be the problem? Please help! 2011 Toyota Camry SE

Check if power is getting to the none working bulb and the socket has a good ground.

What tools would I need to check if their is powers going to the passenger fog light socket?

Need a volt/ohm meter.

The plug for the bulb will have two electrical terminals. One should have 12 when the fog light switch is on. The other should have electrical continuity with the cars chassis. Continuity means the resistance between this terminal and chassis ground should be 0 ohms or very close to it. When checking continuity turn the fog light switch off.

The bulb receives 12v from one socket terminal. The other socket terminal runs to chassis ground to complete the electrical circuit.

You can get very low cost meters at Harbor Freight.
