my 1996 toyota camrey stereo, groove compactment light and clock are not functioning...first i thought it was the fuse that is brown but other futures under the same fuse like ignation light, door and safety belt indicator are working.. what could be the problem

 

Check CIG, Panel and Radio fuses.

There is another fuse panel behind the drivers side dash ash tray.
