Got my first camry!
 
Hey guys I just purchased my first camry it's a 2007 altise automatic with 170000 ks on it last week which I upgraded from my 87 corolla. I also have a 2004 Hilux I only use for work. Toyota for life. Never had a Camry though. Any advices guys ?

Some US Camry having the 2AZ-FE engine had oil consumption and head bolt thread issues. The internet has lots of threads on this. Suggest using synthetic engine oil to curb sludge buildup on piston ring groove oil return holes for the oil ring.

As with any car, doing ongoing maintenance will greatly prolong component life.

Change trans fluid sooner rather the later and use the correct fluid. If the trans uses Toyota WS type fluid take note its not "lifetime" as Toyota claimed.

Change or drain/refill from reservoir power steering fluid to prolong PS components.
