My First Camry

Hello Everyone, I'm new to the forms...

Just want to say That I've gotten my first ever 1999 Camry LE and my first car.
I'm not to sure what to expect out of a camry in terms of reliability, the previous said he never missed an oil change (5,000miles) always taken care of the belts and everything.

So far I have fallin in love with this car, the more I read about this car the more I feel like I have one of the best made cars out there.

What I have learned so far is that the car was made in Toyotashi, Japan.
Also heard of many people making it to 300,000 miles, I'm not to sure about that, That seems like a lot to me.

I hope to keep this car as long as possible.
Oh yeah, the previous also decided To repaint the entire car less than a Year ago. (How nice)
And did I mention How AWESOME the gas mileage is!

So far this car has not given me any problems what so ever.
It has the 2.2 engine, witch is enough for me, I don't accelerate that hard anyway, I like to drive like a grandma. XD
The spoiler on the back is nice too, Seen a couple without them, makes it sorda look ugly.
I also really like the Stereo system thats in it, It's factory but boy does it sound nice. Has great bass.
Installed SiriusXM in it, witch is awesome as well.

What do you guys think?
You think It will make it to 300,000 miles. It still has Original Engine and Trans.

The only things that are really wrong with it are the Rims. Ewww, that paint, The rims them selfs are nice but they need a new clear coat.

And I notice that there is a slight coating of oil on the engine near the timing belt, Every time I clean the underside of the hood, oil slowly gets back up there and I have to clean it again.

I would also like to install an engine light in the car. not for show or anything, but to see perhaps at night. Anyone know how I might go about wiring this up.
What I want to do since the car does not have fog lights maybe I can wire it so I can use that switch instead of buying one. I've never wired anything to a car before. Any suggestions?

Do I just go from the battery to the switch to the light?
