Unhappy New 2025 SE Grille issue. Anyone else experienced this issue?

New Camry owner and new to this forum. Just purchased a 2025 Camry SE about a month ago. My wife was driving the car and hit a small bat. The bat was stuck in the upper grille area (headlight level) and when I attempted to remove it, it fell behind the grille (head was inside and only a small portion of the wing was visible). Now that it has fallen behind the grille and I see no way to get it out because of the design. Any object entering the grille at this top level is trapped and will not fall to the ground because of a ledge behind the grille. Anyone else experienced this issue yet? I see not way to access from under the hood (although I have not had a chance to fully investigate options) and it appears to be quite the effort to remove all of the panels underneath and then I am still not sure I can reach it. Obviously, this is disappointing - first time Camry owner - and seems like a design flaw to me the way the grille is made (not entirely open, plus this ledge between the upper and lower grille). I now have a bat carcass stuck in the car. Called Toyota and they said this was an outside influence and I would have to pay to get it out. Not happy with Toyota already! I think I will go back to a Kia. Never had this type of issue with any previously owned car. Thanks!

Grill as in the narrow area grilled area above the LARGE grill below it?
