Hi all.

Just wanted to drop in & introduce.

I've been a long time Camry owner, bought a 1992 LE V6 auto trans. in 1996. It had about 90k on the odometer at the time. It now has about 245k.

I'd like to keep it for another 12 (or more) years as it has been a great car.

I've only ever done mostly general maintenance including, timing belts, engine oil changes, tranny fluid changes, power steering fluid changes. I've replaced the water pump, alternator, starter & radiator, & valve cover gaskets. Basic stuff really. Oh, I put stiffer struts on it, & new coil springs that lowered it just a tad, & replaced the stockrear sway bar with a 22mm bar. Also put a tower brace up front. Still have the stock 15" rims, but put the widest tires on that I could find that fit. It does have 2 things wrong with it. The A/C compressor froze (shaft won't even turn, so bypassed it with a shorter belt) about 30k miles ago, & the antenna doesn't retract. Not too bad for a 16 year old car approaching 250k!
