Might pickup a Haynes service manual ($20) which has directions.

The pressure test point is located where the cold start injector fuel line screws into the the fuel rail. The threads are 8mm.

To test the regulator, once gauge installed, jump B+ and FP electrical terminals located in a small box near the drivers side strut tower. The pump will now run when the ign switch is on.

Fuel pressure should be 38-44 psi, engine off but pump running.

Remove the terminal jumper wire above.
Start engine and let idle.
Remove vacuum hose from pressure regulator and plug end of hose. Fuel pressure should be the same as above.

Reconnect vacuum hose. Fuel pressure should be 33-37 psi.

Stop engine and wait 5 minutes, fuel pressure should be 21 psi or greater.

Caution, the fuel system is under pressure when engine is off. If taken it apart fuel can spray out under pressure.

Also check ign coil. Ign should have a hot spark able to easily gap 1/2 inch of air.
