I have noticed that the regular Headlights are not as Bright as I would like them to be.

Any recommendations on how to make them Brighter?

HID's are the way to go. You could go cheap and just get aftermarket bulbs like Silverstars, etc. However, doing the latter may get your lights looking brighter but it doesn't necessarily mean that your overall visibility will improve.
