Owner of a 2007 Camry that needs heavy maintenance

Looking for some advice/tips.

Bought this car back in Nov/2009 with 12k miles on it. I'm around 130k now (commuter). Car is great in that sense. I have lifetime oil changes at the dealership and last time I went, they had several recommendations ...

New tires
New rear rotors/rear breaks
New coolant hoses
Fuel Inj Service
Brake Fluid Flush
Tune up
New Cabin Filter

All in all, the dealership gave me an estimate of $2300.00 on this. I know I can knock off $700 by doing the filter, rotors/breaks myself and getting tires from somewhere else. Going with ceramic breaks this time around, as I drive heavy and tend to wear out the regular ones fairly quickly.

First time since I've had the car that I need new hoses, fuel service, and rotors. So not too bad being that I've put almost 120k miles on it. As far as I'm concerned, tires, breaks, and rotors are top priority being that I heavily commute (120miles round trip daily). Car still runs great; still get great mileage. No visible/audible problems.

Looking for any tips/tricks/advice on what's REALLY necessary, what I can easily do on my own, anything, what they're just trying to rob me on, etc. I appreciate it.
