Proportioning Valve

Default Proportioning Valve
Pardon me for being such a newb but could someone tell me which is the proportioning valve? Is it the one mounted to the engine firewall or the one under the brake reservoir?

Swapped out my rear drums for rotors so this is the last piece that I have to replace. Thank you.
