purchased a 2001 Camry

Hi there. New to this forum. I bought a great looking pearl white Camry w. gray bottom. I was a one owner, and is in great shape.

I am having a bit of noise from the front end similar to a cupped out tire, but tires are fine. The slight wroom-wroom noise is felt lightly in the steering wheel and the foot pedals. I was wondering if this was a wheel bearing getting ready to go out, or maybe something else.

I will browse the forum some more to see what I can find out, unless somebody would like to chime in.

Try swapping the front and back tires to eliminate tire or rim issues.

Does the problem get worse when braking?

I'll try swapping the tires around. No, it doesn't seem to get worse w/ braking. I have tried swerving from side to side to see if it made a difference in the sound. I could not detect much if any difference.

Thanks for the nice welcome. I am a member and moderator of www.isuzupup.com On that site, we are able to post pics directly from our pc's rather than using a host site. This is so nice, since the upload doesn't have to be done twice. I'll post a picture of my beautiful baby somehow..eventually.
