How do I get Sirius XM radio on my 2018 Camry?

What is the installed radio? Does this radio have the Sirius link?

It has no Sirius link. I called Sirius radio to have it transferred to my new vehicle, and they said the Camry is not equipped
to take Sirius radio.

There are aftermarket XM adapters that state they can be added onto "select" 2018 Camry radio's. See link below for one:
