Are there any Air Conditioning issues in 2006 camry LE?

One of my friend planning to buy an used 2006 Camry LE, 4 Cyl from Toyota dealer (certified vehicle), he heard it seems, there are some issues with Air Conditioning in 2006 model LE! any one has any experience or idea?
