Throttle body problem, or what?

i have a toyota 94 camry xle.
checklight is on, and shows, cylinders 2,4, and 6 misfiring, plus egr problem
I have changed all plugs, plus the egr.
PROBLEM IS THIS, WHEN I TURN THE IGNITION ON, I HAVE TO DEPRESS THE ACCELERATOR ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR TO START THE ENGINE IT WILL NOT START BY JUST TURNING IGNITION ON, ...WHAT'S THE PROBLEM HERE?
TIMING BELT, THROTTLE BODY, FUEL PUMP????

Is the EGR system off when starting engine?
Any vacuum leaks?
Check IAC valve operation.

Once the car starts how does it idle and run?

slight rough idle, some loss in power, how do you check to see if EGR is on when starting engine?

The valve is vacuum powered by the intake manifold. Make sure the vacuum switch (12v) is off.

Any difference in starting engine hot or cold.

How is the ign spark, check ign coil.
