Diesel trucks....Which is best? dodge ford chevy?

I have a 02 f-250 superduty with a 5.4triton. Its done me well so far with some minor issues. Needless to say im not happy with the Built ford tough moto.

Now im looking into buying a diesel and just wanted to see the flaws and perks of getting one. Ive test drove a 06 5.9 cummins and was in love. Im just not a big fan of dodge. On the other hand i love the chevy duramax diesel. Now ford has the all new twin turbo setup. Most of the new 07s are redesigned for better emissions. So im in no rush to buy any of the new diesel engine layouts without some input. Anyone have any of these, or use any on a work status? Anyone with advice?

The Cummins Diesel is just sick. Crazy power and a solid engine. I would take that over a ford Diesel.

Everyone i talk to has told me the same thing. Now if you ask a ford guy as myself id say a cummins engine....but not the truck its in. It might be sometime before i actually get one. Im looking for anything higher than a 2004.5 To my understanding they beefed up the engine just a tad giving it more power. I believe dodge finally fixed there tranny problems. Im looking for a 5 or 6 speed auto. The wife doesnt know how to drive a manual. The construction market sucks. So lately ive taken warehouse jobs. Seems like this whole economy is going to crap.

I really would like a 06 newer body style...still with the 5.9 cummins. Not sure about there new 6.7 emission metting cummins engine yet. Heavier engine bigger block same power??? No thanks.
