Still looking for exact factory directiosn on how to do a proper fill level on a 2012-2014 camry Automatic trans. They have a drain bolt, but more importantly a fill bolt and an overflow bolt. Problem is that the directsions are very specific about temperature and stuff.

 

Does this tranny have a dip stick? I am not familiar with your model Camry but a chevy that I had you had to drive about five miles then check the dipstick for an accurate measure of the tranny fluid. Does the directions say engine cold, warm, or what?
I usually look at the specs for the how much fluid the tranny holds and when I fill it, I put in a bit less and then go from there.

 

Though this thread got a little side tracked, I wonder if anyone has noticed a difference here on the forum? Anyone? Yup, you got it! Spam is being deleted!!!!
